Golf Mania is designed for every golfer, the real peace of mind, in every swing with insurance protection while training, practicing or playing golf on an any public golf course or practice range in Thailand, including AXA’s Hole-In-One Prize.

We provide insurance protection for golfer against:

1. Third Party Liability
1.1 Bodily Injury or Death
1.2 Property Damage Note : Legal defense cost on your behalf at the Insurer’s expenses is also covered.

• Pays on behalf of the insured up to the covered limit as per OPTION selected.

2. Personal Accident
2.1 Loss of Life

• Pays 100% for accidental loss of life.

2.2 Dismemberment and Loss of Sight

• Pays 100% for accidental loss of both hands, both feet or sight of both eyes.
• Pays 50% for accidental loss of one hand, one foot and sight of the one eye.

2.3 Permanent Total Disability

• Pays 100% for permanent total disability

2.4 Temporary Disability

• Pays 100% weekly benefit up to a maximum of 52 weeks in case of total temporary disability.

2.5 Accident Medical Expenses

• Pays the actual expenses incurred up to the limit of accident medical expenses for each accident as selected.

3. Golfing Equipment

• Pays up to the covered limit as per Option selected. Note : compensation us subject to 10% depreciation and maximum 15% of covered limit per golf club.

4. AXA’s Hole-in-One Prize

4.1 Official Tournament

• Pays Baht 15,000.- maximum 1 payment.

4.2 Unofficial Tournament

• Pays Baht 10,000.- maximum 1 payment.

Remark :
1. Loss/damage to golfing equipments while in direct transit to and from residence and golf course or public practice range is also covered.
